The Yellow Crane Tower, landmark of Hubei Province’s capital city Wuhan, announced to stay open at night during the week-long National Day holiday (October 1st to 8th), providing the visitors an immersive experience via light shows.

It is the first time for this thousand-year-old building to open at night. During the National Day holiday, visitors will enjoy the millennium culture of the tower by the means of light show and art performances, and they can also go up the tower to have a bird’s eye view of the city and Yangtze River.

The light show will launch an experience version from October 1st through 8th. The admission fee for adults is 118 yuan per person, for students is 70 yuan per person, for children is 60 yuan per person (applicable to children of 1.2 m-1.5m in height). Notably, the tower will be open to medical staff nationwide at no charge during the tourism peak, though reservation in advance is still required. (en.hubei.gov.cn)
