The number of average daily flights and passengers will reach 510 and 65,000, respectively, at the Wuhan Tianhe Airport between October 1st to October 8th, the airport expected.

In order to meet the holiday travel needs, Wuhan Tianhe Airport has further cooperated with major airlines to newly open, resume and increase multiple routes. Air China will resume the Wuhan-Macao air route on September 30; China Southern Airlines is planning to add the routes linking Wuhan with Guangzhou and Beihai; China Eastern plans to add the Wuhan-Guangzhou, Wuhan-Shenzhen, and Wuhan-Chongqing air services.

According to ticket sales at the airport, the hot destinations during the National Day holiday are mainly Kunming, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Haikou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Beijing, Sanya, Shenzhen and Xiamen. (en.hubei.gov.cn)
