Wuhan's total import and export value in September increases by nearly 60 pct

In September, Wuhan’stotal import and export value stood at 33.27 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 57.6percentand a month-on-month increase of 39.7percent, Wuhan Customs said on October 14.

Based on the same data source, theexports gained 17.43 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 58percent, and a month-on-month increase of 50.1percent; the total imports raked in15.84 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 57.2percentand a month-on-month increase of 29.8percent.

In the first three quarters of this year, the total import and export value of Wuhan reached182.89 billion yuan, an increase of 11.4percentover the same period of last year. (en.hubei.gov.cn)
