The number of 5G macro base stations in central China’s Hubei Province has passed the 20,000 mark, the Hubei Communications Administration said on Wednesday.
12,000 of these base stations in service were built by China Mobile (Hubei), and the rest were constructed by China Telecom (Hubei) and China Unicom (Hubei).
As of now, Hubei has achieved full 5G signal coverage in urban outdoor areas of its capital city Wuhan.（en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
