An all-cargo aircraft bound for New York city loaded with approximately 100 tons of cargoes took off on June 16 from Huahu Airport in Ezhou, Hubei province.
This flight marks the opening of the Ezhou-Anchorage-New York cargo air route. Earlier, SF Airlines has opened a cargo line between Ezhou and Los Angeles.
Launched in July 2022, Ezhou Huahu Airport is positioned as a specialized cargo airport. At present, the airport has already launched cargo lines to North America, Western Europe and South Asia.
It is expected to open 40 domestic cargo lines and four to six international cargo lines by the end of the year. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Ruan Xinqi)
