Wuhan extends China-Europe freight train service to Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia

A freight train,carrying55 standard containers of165automobiles,departed from Wujiashan station in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province, heading for Sverdlovsk Oblast in RussiaonSeptember 8.

The train isexpected to arrive in Sverdlovsk Oblast in 14 days, which can save two to three days compared to the route to Moscow.

The China-Europe (Wuhan) freight trains have launcheddirect routes to cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, VorotenskandNizhnekamskin Russia.

So far, the China-Europe (Wuhan) freight trains have transported goods to 113 cities in 40 countries across the Eurasia via 49 regular cross-border routes.(en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
